 Our Story

Chef Chang seeks to undertake the monumental task of trying to change Americans' perception of Chinese food, and to bring excting, high quality authentic Chinese food alongside excellent customer service to everyone across the United States.

To accomplish this, he knows he has to be creative and reinvent many classic dishes to tailor to the palates of the crowd, while adding his own imprint to create a modern, innovative take on many traditional dishes to attract those familiar with authentic Chinese food.

He hopes his passion can inspire other chefs and restauranteurs, until everyone in the United States can experience the flavors and nuances of his native country's cooking.

What is Peking Duck?


Our Peking Duck has become a delicacy that has been well received by customers over the years. It's a must-try classic from China's imperial era. Slices of duck with crispy skin and juicy meat, slow-cooked for hours. Served with house-made pancakes, white onions, cucumber, and hoisin sauce. For the ultimate taste experience, eat this dish as is or wrap and smother it with your favorite sauce.
